The Committee Liaison Group meets monthly after the Session committees meet and before Session meets, so that the committee reports can be presented, have ideas and issues discussed and recommendations considered. A compilation of these reports is presented to Session where the recommendations and motions from the committees are presented for action.

The committee convenors are named at each Annual General Meeting ofthe congregation, and in their orientation they are invited to send an alternate member to the CLG meeting, with a report, if they are not able to attend.

During the construction period there was a variety of meeting places but now we are happy to meet in the vestry at 7pm on the third Monday of each month except July and December.
