Twice each month, volunteer teams from VAPC and our community serve meals at the Inn's Emergency Family Shelter at 110 11 Avenue SE.
- Lunch (11 am - 1:15 pm) on the second Monday of the month; team of 3-4.
- Dinner (5 - 7:30 pm) on the second Tuesday of the month; team of 6-8.
Each team sets-up the dining room, serves the meal (prepared by the Inn's cooks), and washes the dishes. The dinner team also prepares bagged lunches for the next day and does the end-of-day clean-up of kitchen and dining room. VAPC bakers provide “goodies” for dessert.
